Nick Jonas keeps it cool in a plaid shirt while arriving at a business meeting in Hollywood on Friday afternoon (January 4).
The 20-year-old musician met up with good friend John Lloyd Taylor to chat about the Jonas Brothers‘ upcoming South American Tour.
“Just had a good meeting with @JohnLloydTaylor to go over set list for South America. Can’t wait to get back out there. Who’s coming? #JONASBROTHERSSOUTHAMERICA” Nick tweeted.
About a year ago, Nick Jonas announced that he would be guest-starring on Smash. In the episode entitled “The Cost of Art” (original air date February 27, 2012), Nick played Lyle West, a television celebrity who was interested in Megan Hilty’s character, Ivy. Fast forward to 2013, and we’re still talking about his performance! Fortunately, with the release of Smash, Season 1 on DVD, we’ve got an EXCLUSIVE look behind the scenes of that very show.
Nick says in the footage, “The recording of “Never Met a Wolf” was fantastic. [Music composers] Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman are hilarious and I had the opportunity to work with them in Hairspray. It’s just such a pleasure. They’re obviously legendary at this point and I’m really just honored to be in the room.”
Watch the video above (which includes a clip of Nick’s singing!) and make sure to pick up Smash, Season 1 on DVD with UltraViolet, on shelves Tuesday, January 8!
The “Smash” Season 1 DVD hits shelves on Tuesday, January 8 and it’s ripe with extras, like deleted scenes.
In HuffPost TV’s exclusive deleted scene, Anjelica Huston’s character, Eileen Rand, meets the press at the preview of “Bombshell.” The scene was cut from the Season 1 finale and features Katharine McPhee’s Karen Cartwright getting her new star-powered dressing room and Nick Jonas’ Lyle West meeting with Elieen and reminiscing about his days on the stage.
It’s no surprise that the youngest Jonas brother, Nick Jonas, is a total DIME PIECE, but we’re just now learning that Nick’s hotness is actually a public safety hazard! Well, at least when in the presence of snow, icicles, and maybe also skating rinks? Or basically anything capable of being melted by Nick’s smoking hot gaze, and probably also the milli-pack abs we know he’s hiding under all those pesky layers!
After a successful “reunion” performance in New York City and promising some new Jonas tunes for the new year, it appears that Nick has headed off somewhere chilly to start his 2013. Personally, we’d much prefer it if Nick visited somewhere so hot that it required n0 shirts at all times, but beggars can’t be choosers. Not sure what you’re doing later, Nick? Any chance you’d fancy a low-fat hot chocolate in the après-ski lodge? Oh, you would? Great! Meet ya there, babe.
It’s never too late for a boy band throw down! From blonde tips to skinny jeans, there’s no doubt that we’ve had our fair share of boy bands! We put together our all time favorite boys (old and new) so you can help decide who takes the trophy!
Jonas Brothers took over the world with their pop anthems and the whole world was “Burnin’ Up” over them!
Shopping for Christmas or Hanukkah presents for friends and family can be hard, but figuring out what we’d like to give to our readers was pretty easy this year. And since it’s almost New Year’s Eve too, we thought we’d combine a holiday wish list of things we know you want to see happen (like yesterday) with a set of resolutions for your favorite artists to try to commit to this year. Like new albums. We’re looking at YOU, Jonas Brothers. And you, Paramore. And DEFINITELY you, Tokio Hotel. Just like with resolutions, some will happen, and a lot of them might not. But it’s the trying that counts, right?
Nick Jonas and Joe Jonas show off their New Year’s party hats in this fun photo posted to Joe‘s Instagram.
The two brothers celebrated the holiday together in Vail, Colo., while older brother Kevin Jonas celebrated with his wife Danielle back home on the East Coast.
“Happy New Year everyone. Hope you have the best one yet! Be safe!” Joetweeted earlier in the night.
Meanwhile, Kevin and Danielle shared a super cute photo of their first kiss of 2013 – which was photo bombed by Danielle‘s brother Mikey Deleasa!
The Jonas Brothers have been very vocal about their return to the studio as a trio, even scheduling performances before their new album is finished. Nick Jonas made headlines earlier this year when he and his brothers performed a track that even Miley Cyrus admitted was aimed at her, with the young Jo Bro singing about his regret over losing his teenage girlfriend. If the new disc contains a song by Joe Jonas singing about his ex Taylor Swift, you can bet this disc will be a best seller.
